Our new Remote Mobile Notarization (RMN) is simple and safe. First, closing documents are sent to buyers and sellers, who will then be invited to an online review and signing where we will guide them through the process every step of the way. Next, a notary will meet the parties at a convenient and safe location where documents can be signed and exchanged in less than three minutes, keeping a safe distance of course. 

We’ve made sure this new process is not only safe and convenient, but also fully compliant. So, you can remain protected and still enjoy the quick and easy closing and funding we typically provide. 

That means, while you may have to continue to stay home…you can complete your closing in an easy and safe way.
