Closing doesn’t have to be laborious. Sun Title offers convenient closing options, allowing for secure, remote or in-person options, whichever works best for your schedule.

Timely recordings and final policy delivery

Following the closing, we will record all documents in a timely manner with the county where the property is located and issue the title insurance policy within 30 business days following the closing.
