We want you to have access to the details at every stage. Before you close, our team provides a preliminary closing statement to prepare you and your client for closing. Last-minute changes and final adjustments to the closing statement will be made by our team on an expedited basis.

Closing doesn’t have to be laborious. Sun Title offers convenient closing options, allowing for secure, remote or in-person options, whichever works best for your schedule.

Timely recordings and final policy delivery

Following the closing, we will record all documents in a timely manner with the county where the property is located and issue the title insurance policy within 30 business days following the closing.

For most title companies, once you close, you’re on your own. Sun Title’s staff maintain our relationship with you long after closing, providing copies of documents and remaining available to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
