As a Spanish speaking Realtor, it is very important for me that my Spanish speaking clients understand the forms that are being signed as a part of the home buying process. Although as agents we explain the forms, it is not the same to read them yourself. Growing up in a household where as a child I had to translate important legal forms for my parents, that was not the experience we wanted our clients to have in one of the biggest purchases in their lifetime and that's why we partnered with Sun Title to process our closings.
